I’m not here to motivate you. I’m here to offer tools that helped me come back to life—when I was told I wouldn’t make it. We don’t just do hype. We do healing, honesty, and heart. You don’t have to fix everything to belong here. Just come as you are.

I used to dance under the lights for the NBA. I ran sold-out workshops. I helped companies grow by millions. Life looked good from the outside—but behind the scenes, my body was shutting down. I was diagnosed with a degenerative spinal disease and told I wouldn’t live to see 36.
So I surrendered. Not in weakness, but in the most courageous way I could. I let go. I leaned in. I began to rebuild—slowly, painfully, beautifully. Ten years later, I’m still here. I’m taller. More flexible. More alive. And now, I’m finally stepping out from behind the curtain and sharing what I learned along the way.
